5 Wines I Recommend with Different Grapes

Recommending 5 wines is difficult because each wine has its moment, so for now I select 5 reds from different regions to pair with a good meat:

  1. Cabernet Franc: Paleo from Le Macchiole Winery (Italy)
  2. Malbec: Cocodrilo de la Bodega Viña Cobos (Argentina)
  3. Tempranillo: Abadía de Retuerta, Special Selection (Spain)*.
  4. Grenache: Godina de Bodegas Morca (Spain)
  5. Cabernet Sauvignon: Far Niente (United States)
  • It is not single varietal, but is composed mostly of Tempranillo.
